Again I’m using those 1000s to get you guys ready for some hard sprints. Full recovery between the sprints.
Also, I will be leaving for a track meet in California on Thursday morning, so we may have to do our group run on Wednesday evening. It will be anywhere from 2-5 miles based on your fitness level.
I encourage everyone to bring a friend. We had a great turnout last week which made it extra fun, so let’s keep those numbers growing.
