Welcome to East Valley Strength & Conditioning
Experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters & Exercise Enthusiasts are able to hop into classes or utilize our open gym times as it fits your schedule. You can RSVP online (see below) or drop in at your convenience. Remember to come in about 10min early to fill out a waiver if joining a class. Single visits, weekly rates, and other extended visiting options are all available or keep scrolling to see our membership options.

I’m New
New to CrossFit, working out, or just not sure where to start? Schedule a Free Intro Session! Intros are a 1-on-1 with a coach and take just under an hour. Take a tour, sample a workout and see what it’s like to be a member of EVSC!

Personal Training

Personal training is perfect for any level; beginner to athlete. Whether your goal is to improve a specific skill, ramp up your fitness or feel good moving your body. Our trainers have extensive experience coaching people of various capabilities, ages and fitness. Be it 1 on 1 or in a small group, personalized programming allows you to target your individual needs under the guidance of a trainer. This also creates an environment conducive to the development of your skills at an intensity that is comfortable for you.
This great for teens, sport specific training, those prepping for the military, and anyone who needs extra guidance and accountability.
