We are not just a fitness program. At East Valley Strength & Conditioning we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at East Valley Strength & Conditioning for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community.
This place has become a “third place” for many of our members outside of the work and home life.
It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.
No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In this gym, we are all athlete on the same journey. In this gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different but we are all part of the East Valley Strength & Conditioning family.

East Valley CrossFit is your best choice in the Valley for optimal CrossFit training. With a curated facility, a range of specialty equipment, and passionate coaches, there is nothing to hold you back from reaching your potential!
We believe that CrossFit is the single most effective means of training for optimal general fitness. In addition to CrossFit we offer CrossFit Competitor Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Upper Body HIT, Kettlebell, and Performance Training. We also offer personal training and small group training to help you reach your specific goals.

1. SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST VISIT
Talk with one of our coaches and create a plan tailored towards you and your goals!
2. START YOUR TRAINING
You have set your goals and you are ready to begin your journey. We will start you off strong by teaching you the fundamentals of weightlifting, recovery, and nutrition!
3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS
Once you have established the basics, have fun showing up to your workouts with your new tribe!
